On clear, leave one empty item

For now, all items are removed on "Remove" click. There should left one empty item for better ux.

Save scale factor even if user backs to original

1. He/she can enters recipe.
2. Scale it.
3. He/she forgot an ingredient.
4. He/she switches to original recipe and adds new ingredient.
5. Previous scale factor should be saved.

For now, at Step 5 the scaled amounts are cleared.
