Same service account causes error

Describe the bug
If the same account is used for the SQL Engine and SQL Agent a failure occurs

Create Availability Group with Default Instance Hangs

If a default instance is specified and a cluster is to be created, the script hangs.
Issue seems to be centered around the inability of the SqlLogin function in DSC to accept default instances.

Optical drive not present

If no optical drive is present, skip configuration, if there is a optical drive, configure to the V:\

Enable multiple accounts in SQLAdmin config

Ensure multiple accounts are supported when configuring the SQL DBA groups.

for example: DBAGroup, User1, User2 are all configured as SA's on the newly created instance.

User should be able to choose what post install options to execute

User should allow for overrides to disable certain post deployment scripts from executing.

Use the switch statement in parameter header. If present skip the configuration.

Ensure Installer account is in the correct DBA Groups

Ensure installer account is a member of the DBAOSAdminGroup and the DBASQLAdminGroup

Perform additional validations of installation media

capture and validate a checksum of required PS Modules to ensure all files are present and of the correct version prior to execution of script.

Check should occur in the "validation of parameters" section of the DeploySQL-Instance.ps1 script

Cluster configuration with Static IP address throws error

Describe the bug
When installing an availability group with a static IP address unable to establish cluster with an error about no network defined.

Fix data logging for parameter capture

All parameters should be captured and saved during installation on target machine.

Perform validation checks for installation media

perform a validation check that media exists in the expected folders.

Ensure DBAOSAdminGroup is in the LocalMachine\Administrators group

Staging of Virtual Cluster Objects (AGNames)

in the Stage_ComputerObjects.ps1 file.. add an option to create virtual cluster object names where the cluster object has full control over the objects.

Support configuration of AlwaysOn Cluster

User should be able to create an always on cluster

Parameter to support service accounts

User should be able to override default service accounts and use a specific service account.
