Re-export the code from Linux and FreeBSD on NetBSD

NetBSD has two kinds of EA syscalls, one is compatible with Linux, and another one is compatible with FreeBSD, thus we can reuse the code from Linux and FreeBSD. However, the current bindings in rustlang/libc are partially wrong, stopping us from doing this.

The temporary walkaround is making our own raw bindings and copying the code from Linux and FreeBSD to the NetBSD module.

When the issue in libc is fixed, we should simply re-export the bindings from Linux and FreeBSD:

pub use super::freebsd::*;
pub use super::linux_and_android::*;
