Model should keep track of previous attack attempts

Right now, the game will allow the user to refire a previous coordinate. If it's a hit, then a hit is recorded, even though it may have already been a hit. If the user continues to fire on those same coordinates, again and again, then it's even possible that the game could end, having recorded enough hits. Even though it's the same hit over and over again. There needs to be a way to prevent the user from choosing the same coordinate once it's already been played.
