Clean up TODO's

There are TODO's litter through the project files. Find them and clean them up.

strftime in liquid.js causes 'ReferenceError: document is not defined'

The strftime function in liquid.js uses the document object which doesn't exist in this environment.

'cause we really don't need it.
Instead run any thing through npm run

Tests

Should probably write some proper tests.

Consider the correct/default usage of a layout file

3 options:

1. Shopify style: layout/layout.liquid that includes some render object/filter i.e. {{ content_for_layout }}.
2. Siteleaf style: layout/default.liquid that can be included inside the template file i.e. capture template contents then {% include 'layout' with contents %}
3. None: Just include comment partials in the templates i.e. {% include 'header' %} ... {% include 'footer' %}
