Clarify on/off time in IRCode description

The description currently reads:

Perhaps it's just me, but the wording kind of implies the ordering in a pair, i.e. first 'off' time followed by 'on' time.

But, of course, it's the other way around.

What do you think? Perhaps it's worth to slightly change the description, e.g. like that:

Each pulse pair stores an 'on' time followed by an 'off' time of the carrier sequence, 2 bytes each.

Also, the following reads:

	# x byte pairs - where x is repeat sequence

perhaps it's more clearer to rewrite a bit, e.g.:

n 2-byte pairs - where n is the # base sequence pairs
m 2 -byte pairs - where m is the # repeat sequence pairs
