use abap oo alv as simple as function alv

simple_alv

abap oo alv like falv,code based on nw731 version.
cause falv has no nw731 version update,so i made one myself.

features:

1. make oo alv as easy-use as function alv,and still flexiable.
2. display mode: full-screen display and pop-up dislpay.
   with popup display,cause i use dialogbox container,so u need to use this mode based on a screen.
3. collection_mode:collect table by displayed field(output = X),like excel pivot-table.

how to install

1. use saplink,import NUGG_ZCL_ALV.nugg.
2. demo program was not included in nugg file.u need copy and paste to system by yourself.
