Fix Decoding Error

 UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc6 in position 4: invalid
 continuation byte 

when not using the test text files.

Add Drone.io Build Tests

I like how this was done in Upstream would like automatic testing for this lib as well.

Merkle Issue

I think there may be an issue with the Merkle proof library.

I think the library needs to store all the previously answered challenge leaves, and ensure that the proof returned from the client is not among them.

My thought is that a malicious farmer, after answering one challenge successfully, could easily dupe the node by just sending back the same merkle branch and leaf each time. If the server doesn't store previously answered challenges, then he won't know if this is happening.

I can't see how else to get around this aside from storing the history of hash response leaves... they could be outsourced to the client as long as that data is signed.

Improve Documentation

I might have to type this up myself. Need to better document what this library does and why.

Organize Testing

Probably can squash the unit testing stuff into a folder.

add unit tests for private HLA and merkle schemes

need to write some unit tests for these two packages.
