Remove scope from eslint style commits

As per the conventional-changelog-eslint examples, it seems that a scope is not needed for eslint commits.

Providing a scope causes tools like semantic-release to not correctly pickup version number changes.

I believe at the very least, this logic needs to be removed from src/engine.js

Adding `Chore` to the tag list

Until recently, I thought that Chore wasn't really an ESLint thing (but more of an "ESLintified" Angular convention) but it's actively being used by the ESLint team (example commit) and it definitely has its use cases but this adapter doesn't support that yet so it would be nice if it did.

I'll open a PR with the changes needed.
