Make extension load as soon as possible

Now the ext is waiting the page to fully load to initialize itself. Since the calculations are real-time it should not wait but start earlier.

Can't update to 0.0.2

For some reason I can't install new update from addons.mozilla.org. Firefox says that addon downloaded from website cannon be installed because it appears to be corrupt. I'm using latest nightly

Add option to set ratio manually

If it's not too difficult, adding an option to change the default ratio might be good to have. I assume that this feature would also be useful if the stationary cursor (#3) is implemented, as it could essentially change the speed at which the page scrolls(?).

Doesn't work with YouTube material layout

Great add-on!

One issue: with YouTube's material layout turned on, the add-on stops working on youtube.com.

I'm using version 0.0.1 because 0.0.2 was reported to be corrupt.
