Move datalane::socket code to use new os::namedsocket implementations

To Do:

• Wait for #2.
• Refactor datalane::socket to use new os::namedsocket.

Implement os::windows::named-pipe completely

The current state of the code relies on legacy code, which is horribly inefficient at the task presented. It does work, but it has a high overhead for very small tasks.

Tasks left to do:

• Implement unique constructor, shared constructor, open constructor and destructor
• Implement read, write and other functions that should return a waitable object (os::windows::overlapped?)
• Write Test code
• Test

Rewrite os::namedsocket to use platform wrappers

Refactor the entirety of os::namedsocket to use the platform wrappers instead of direct implementations and optimize for low CPU usage and high throughput.

To Do:

• Implement Windows named-pipe (#1)
• Refactor os::namedsocket code onto new platform wrappers
