code style in this project

As you know, a good common library is important for every C++ developer. It can speed up development.

But It is a hard thing to write a common library from scratch, so I transplant some code from many other amazing open-source projects, such like OvenMediaEngine, Bento4, libuv and uv-cpp.

Because OvenMediaEngine is not a cross-platform library, I modified some code in it to make it running on Linux/MacOS/ Windows platform. This spent me about 2 weeks. app_rtmp_proxy only takes me 2 days, It also prove that IT NEED TO BUILD A GOOD COMMON LIBRARY.

At first, I want to follow code style in OvenMediaEngine, but now I need to change to my own code style, and later I will write code in new code style. and change current routine to new code style.
