We will want to be able to extract the tunable configuration parameters we have for storage in repo. Also facilitates rebuilding roboRios.

Admin server hangs when NT server restarts

Should Nano GStreamer output in I420 or BGRx format?

Currently we output in I420 and immediately convert to BGR. Take a look at if we can skip this conversion by outputting in BGRx.
