Add merge logic

Find lowest working wait time

Extension currently has two wait times: one for clicking the button and one for opening the next tab. While the wait times are short, a repo with 15 PRs will still take longer than convenient to process.

• Find lowest clicktime that still works. Seems to need a bit of wait for Github UI to reliably accept the comment
• Find lowest working time for opening new tab. Seems "current" tab needs to be active while making the comment, so Github actively knows what to do with the magic comment

Properly place "merge all" button

Currently just hovers on the side

Check if dependabot PRs exist

Currently only has dummy method, which always returns true

Merge comment does not trigger actions for all

Hard to say, but seems dependabot magic commands only work on "active window". The comment gets added, dependabot gives it a thumbs up, but whatever integration action should be triggered next does not seem to happen in inactive tab. Even editing & saving the created comment seems to trigger proper action.

See if something can be done about this. Probably something to do with client side hell that Github UI is.

Better check for current page

Github navigation is client side magic. Therefore, it may need a full refresh to actually show the merge button.

See if the check for that can be improved.
