I can't start the game

When I try to start the game, it looks like this
It happens even with the smallest number of people

PLANEEEES pls

Fighter planes and bomber planes would be nice

Can't start the game

Doesn't give any unit no settler or anything try with every setting still has same problem

No oil?! No Boats?!

So in the tech tree there is no way to get oil, and a few other resources that are required to advance through the game with tanks, planes, boats etc. also there are no boats in the mod making it impossible to get across the open water, please fix the tech tree

Unique's Malfunction

Building's unique Creates a [buildingFilter] improvement on a specific tile makes the buildings with this unique not able to be constructed.

i cant build a campus despite having researched the required tech for it

No Airplanes

Tech Tree is empty of airplanes although there is a specifically designed branch for that.
