対応案

A. 毎回削除対象の月より前の月を削除しにいくようにする

メリット
- セットアップした後に手間がかからない
デメリット
- 毎回の処理コストが少しかかる

B. フラグ指定する場合のみ、対象のより前の月全て (AWS のサービス開始された 2006 年くらいまで) を削除できるようにする

メリット
- 毎回の処理コストは A 案よりは少なめ
デメリット
- セットアップした後に必要に応じて手動で作業が必要
