개선제안

다수의 알림이 쌓여있을때 알림을 눌러 확인하지 않고 전부 삭제를 해버리는 경우 glow noti가 계속 반복발생하는 현상 있음.
사용자 ux적인 내용이긴 한데 확인을 안했으니 알림이 있는것은 맞으나 사용자는 이미 모두 삭제한다는 액션을 취한 후이니 이에 맞게 해당 액션 혹은 인텐트가 감지되면 glow notifi는 반복을 멈춰야 할 것으로 보입니다.

이에 대한 고려 부탁드려요

Fix the following bug :
-Turning GlowNotifier Accessibility disables "Ok,Google" Hotword feature
->Add Another Notification Detectet using NotificationListener

아래와 같은 문제 수정 :
-GlowNotifier 접근성을 켜면, "Ok,Google"핫워드 기능이 비활성화됨
->NotificationListener를 이용한 다른 알림 감지 추가
