Dual-license under GPL/MIT
The license is a big issue for integration with FOSS projects.
Steve Tucker agreed to follow jQuery's lead (http://jquery.org/license/) and relicense under the GPL and MIT, retaining the original author name and web site.
This allows the library to be distributed with and integrated into both commercial as well as GPL-only projects.
