Introduction:

Solar moduls are composed of cells Cells will degradate because of transportation, wind, hail and so on. Solar cells may have different defects, e.g., cracks or inactive regions

Problem1: Panel can have no or multiple defects : multi-label problem! Problem2: Only 2000 images are available

Task: Automatically determine which defect(s) a module has
