本项目作为CloudBaaS的服务端程序，是一个J2EE项目，依赖于Sina App Engine平台（依赖其中KVDB/MySQL/Mail服务）。
项目包装了Sina App Engine中的服务并提供出相应的调用Rest接口。此处的Rest接口供CloudBaaS的Client端（SDK）调用。
项目包含了一些服务数据管理的页面，可供用户管理服务端的数据，同时提供了一些简单的统计功能（如有需要可以到SAE应用管理面板体验更强大的应用管理功能）。
