Clicking on tag in FilterView while there is a category filter, the category filter gets wiped

Increase DO Memory Limit for Concourse Instance

My low DO tier server droplet used for Concourse CI is resulting in npm run build commands to not complete when generating a production build. Looks like it's reaching some CPU/memory limit, looking at the resource graph in the DO dashboard.

I'll either have to upgrade my DO droplet, or look into optimizing the build process (though this is limited since I haven't ejected from CRA)

This isn't super high priority at the moment since I'm now just doing manual production deployments of the frontend as a workaround.
