Any updates on your end? Facing the same problem here, nothing works although the client says it's connected. And the Discord link also seems to be dead.

Hey, I was just setting this up and having the same issue, I think the problem is that the PC program has a character limit for the discord app client ID, thus when you copy and paste the number the whole number isn't pasted preventing the app from functioning, I fixed this by opening a file called "config.json" with notepad. which I found in one of the compressed files thingies, and typing the ID directly to there.
Sorry if its a bit confusing I'm not good with this kind of stuff
