Remove the need to prefix styles with `@apply`

In order for users to be able to more easily enter styles into the Turbine config, the need to prefix those styles with @apply should be omitted.

Documentation in the README will need to be updated accordingly.

Allow support for custom CSS

Users may want to add styles that are not explicitly in their design system. We should allow users to be able to pass in objects similar to what Tailwind is already handling for styles.

This task ideally should not introduce breaking changes in the config API.

Make colorValidator optional

The colorValidator is a function that could easily be made optional by defaulting to a function that returns true.
