Your site is an exact copy of this site by https://github.com/grikomsn. Though the original site you copied is under the terms of the MIT license, AFAIK a requirement of the license is including a copy of the license in any software you create using the original project, so others can do the same with your project. You mention the MIT license in the footer of your site, and there is a link, but the link doesn't do anything. In this very Github repo, there is no license included and no attribution or acknowledge at all.

I also think it's in poor taste to completely copy someone else's design without basically any modification and/or attribution at all. You even reused some of the body copy and just tweaked it to fit you. Furthermore, this is a site meant to demonstrate your web design and development skills — it seems counterproductive to use someone else's design as a method of showing off your skills.

PS. Interestingly, your site doesn't work with javascript disabled, but grikomsn's original does — it may have been better to just properly fork the original project and use next.js, rather than attempting to implement everything with CRA.
