Scroll for zooming in maps prevents user from scrolling down.

🐛 Problem

While scrolling the page, if user uses trackpad or mouse to scroll down, if pointer is in map, rather than scrolling down, map is zoomed. This might be annoying for users

🎯 Possible Solution

Avoid scrolling to zoom in maps. Just use ➕ / ➖ buttons to zoom.

Another solution might be to be intelligent about when to zoom/ scroll. I'm not sure how to design this.
