Add a way to handle additional regions
As a provider of base OS images SUSE gets access to new regions ahead of time to setup the update infrastructure and copy new images. The images then get added to pint. Tools that depend on aws-regions need to know about these "special" regions such that they can continue to operate as expected.
Suggest adding a config file atht allows the setting of special regions and that information then gets merged into the generated information.
Add a way to translate an ID of a region to the human geographical name eu-west-3 => Europe (Paris)
