Feature: !save

!save <content/link/resource> should store the content somewhere.

Exact location / page up for discussion. One idea is to have a central wiki for all things NIA.

Feature: !help

Rename the !commands to !help.

Easiest feature ever. ;)

Feature: !quote

!quote <person/handle> should save the last message of that handle as a quote.

We have some epic people at NIA who have some epic quotes. We need to log them somewhere. This location should be decided along with that mentioned in #5.

Another potential problem with this approach: if the person doesn't want to be quoted, he can quickly send another junk message, leading to possible clutter of our 'quotes' page. This can be handled by allowing something like !quote <person/handle> <quote>.

Move existing app to Rails 4.2.2

We should port the existing app to Rails 4. Apart from a few routing changes, this should be do-able in a few minutes.

Feature: !tell

!tell <person> <message> should have the bot send <message> to <person> the next time they join the channel.

Feature: !last

!last <person> should have the bot print the last message from <person>.

This should include the timestamp so that it serves as a 'last-seen' sort of feature as well.

Feature: !notify

!notify should send an email to a predefined list of people via mutt.
