When I click over the yarn, it display the below:
I am not sure but I am using yarn of npm package manager https://www.npmjs.com/package/yarn but the link attached there has there version, one of which is of npm package.
This might be confusing as for begineer, as installation step written is too vague.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience that I have caused to you.
Yesterday, I have made this repository public due to which all the created fork of this repository isn't link to this repository. Due to which, you won't be able to create PR from the fork repository to base repository.
I would like to request all of my @contributor to create a fork of this repository and work on the new forked repository.
For those who have already open PR, I am sorry to trouble you guys as you would have to do what you have did from the new forked repository.
And for those who haven't created PR but working on their forked repository, create a fork as mentioned in above message and just copy the changes you have made to old command repository to new forked repository.

Currently the GitHub Actions workflow runs just for the repository owner.
Change the following setting under Settings -> Actions -> General to run the workflow for all contributors:
Addition of Github workflow which will greet the user who have open issue or pr first time in the repository.
