Hello,I'm a new learner and I have a small problem with the code

I'm really grateful for your code, but there are a few problems when I try the code.Please help me!

At first it reminds me that "IO Error invalid mode ('w')", then I make a change below and solve the problem
file_name = r"url_content[file_name_start + 7:file_name_end]"

But there is still a problem that I find no new files exist. In fact the first time I run it, it produces two files. But when I run it again and again, it doesn't work anymore. It doesn't report errors but I can't find the result.
