Colors

The colors of images and everything on screen is really off. Might have to do with the swapchain format.

Multithreading

Multithreading the rendering code could be very beneficial, and should be looked into at some point.

Create static command buffer for mesh

Mesh vertices/indices will never change. We should be using a static command buffer, probably stored in the mesh struct?

Multiple queues

Use a dedicated queue for transfers on hardware that supports it

Text rendering

I would prefer to use vulkano-glyph but vulkano_text is also an option. However vulkano_text seems pretty limited compared to vulkano-glyph.

Use an index buffer

Apparently vulkano doesn't call vkCmdDrawIndexed how I want it to, so we have to use a different function for now.

Error handling

Right now, there are a lot of unwraps in the Vulkano backend. It should be using GameError instead.

Use device local memory for instance buffer

We currently aren't using the most efficient buffer type for instance data.
