[Service] section is not read in stand-alone mode

The code expects an Install section, and then the service description, display name and name are hard-coded in Topshelf initialization

Typo in generator

Generator is defined as: VisxPrivateGallery (https://github.com/sverrirs/visxgallery)

It should rather be: VsixPrivateGallery (https://github.com/sverrirs/vsgallery)

Should be able to upload same package name

A user should be able to upload packages with the same name with a different version inside the package

exception will occur without permission

if VsGallery has not permission, exception will occur at DownloadController.cs 44

Downloading fails with 404 if gallery hosted in subdirectory

When the gallery is hosted at a URL like localhost/VsGallery.WebService/, the download links fail because the atom.xml content src url is relative, but it starts with a /
