upem reports stuff got updated while it didn't because upem.donotup was present and the only updatable stuff was there

Run upem with an upem.donotup array on a package.json on which everything (except the stuff in donotup is up to date.

Expected Behavior

upem reports " Up'em says: Everything seems to be up to date already."

Current Behavior

upem reports "Up'em just updated all dependencies in package.json to latest"
