Feature/Package Request: mwan3

I was wondering if it would be possible to get the mwan3 package (https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wan/multiwan/mwan3) installed in a future release so that the LBR20 could be configured as a load balancing router?

I would be good with it just being installed and not configured/enabled as I would be willing to work on setting up the configs myself if needed.

Wireguard client not running in lbr20

I am having trouble launching the Wireguard client. After adding the configuration file and following the steps, it does not establish VPN connection. I don't know how to check VPN client logs. The configuration file was checked on the computer and it works correctly. The latest LBR20-V9.2.5.2.28SF-HW firmware is loaded.

please ,how can I get toolchain ?
