Error message/panel not showing up with condition errors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a connection.
2. Modify condition for a given icon or overlay.
3. Enter an invalid condition (e.g. all blank fields) in the Add Condition 
row, then click Add to the right.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The error panel is supposed to pop up with the corresponding condition 
error, but it doesn't pop up at all. Instead, the Modify Condition panel 
remains in focus.

Search ConnDetails.aspx.cs for "condition.getErrorText()" to see where the 
calls are being made.

Really cool but broken Main page KML generation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create new connection on the main page
2.cancel the new connection
3.click the KML generation icon
4.Create new connection popup comes up and then goes away.
5.KML is generated in the corner but is hidden(highlight hidden text in top
left corner to see).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Table (and maybe field) dropdowns don't resize to fit entire table name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click modify condition.
2. User can't see all of the table (and probably field) name 

This makes it hard to determine which table you are using.

Upload icon from file doesnt fail gracefully

If you try to upload a file without setting up the odbc2kml directories
ahead of time, the system fails spectacularly. The exception being thrown
is not being caught and displayed.

Removing an icon from a connection puts it at the bottom of the library instead of where it was.

Cancel edit ConnDetails doesn't work

3. The page reloads without removing changes.

No cancel button on Condition panels

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Icon/Condition
2. Click "Modify Condition"
3. Type data into the boxes
4. User decides to cancel the add, but has no cancel button to do so.

There should be a cancel button so that the user can hit "cancel" and not add 
that condition.

Description class parsing hangs in infinite loop

Using a description that contains a field value tag forces the KML
generator to hang in an infinite loop. This is not failing gracefully. Even
though this is a know issue as we are waiting on customer input, it needs
to fail without hanging everything waiting on an infinite loop.

Overlay colors not displaying properly

Overlay colors only displaying after removing an icon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an overlay color - when page refreshes, it wont apear
2. Add an icon - when page refreshes icon will appear but overlay wont
3. Remove the icon - icon will be removed and overlays will be displayed

Choosing same overlay color as background appears empty

Upload and fetch icon from web address doesn't work correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click upload icon on conndetails
2. Check fetch and choose file url.
3. Click submit
4. Page refreshes and icon is not in icon lib
5. Restart server and reload conndetails
6. Click add icon.
7. Icon is still not in icon lib.

The icon I used was

Icons that can't display, display weird

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload an icon using upload from url and fetch (just as an example, once
this gets fixed it will have another example)
2. Refresh server or get icon library to refresh
3. Icon that can't be displayed shows up as "Submit Query", should show
some useful alt-image or alt-text

Description editor needs newline character

The description box needs another button that inserts a custom tag that
will be parsed out by the description class as a <br> HTML tag. 

Please email polytech when the button is added so James can handle
modifying the description class.

New Connection Link Doesn't Work

1. Go to Main.aspx
2. At bottom of page, the new connection "+" link works, but the words "New
Connection" light up but aren't a link.
3. This should be fixed to mimic the Connections link and icon at the top

After adding a lot of icons & overlays the graphical glitches on page refreshes become extremely unpleasent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add many icons and overlays to a connection (around 5 of each or 10 total)
2. Every time you add another overlay or icon, during the refresh the
remains of the icon library and conditions panels appear behind and in
front of the main part of the page.
3. This is unattractive and unacceptable.
