fix header

It'd be nice to have the user, department and role on the same level in the header as for now it takes a lot of space and this is especially annoying when accessing on mobile.

have a dynamic submenu text

As of now, the SubMenu component shows the same text no matter where it's used. I think it's not convenient. For example, in the Dashboard view, it's not really Actions that should be there, but more something along Graph Types or Types of Graph, etc.

add tests

I need to write some tests for this project.

change colors

It would be a great feature to be able to change the color schemes.

Add a possibility to customize dashboard

It would be much better to have a customizable dashboard in which the user could choose what to show when logging in.

This would involve many moving parts so I will create a project for it.

DeprecationWarning: uuidv4() is deprecated. Use v4() from the uuid module instead.

Need to change import { uuid } from 'uuidv4';, for import { v4 as uuidv4 } from 'uuid'; and update the calls accordingly.

add info when hovering on tab items

I'd love it to have a little info popup when hovering on the tabs in the header.

update ticket view and ticket log after edit

As of now we need to click on the ticket again to refresh the view. Need to make these view dynamic for a better UX since now the user doesn't have a clue if the ticket has been updated or not.
