support error diagnostics

I notice that there are no inline diagnostics / squiggles shown on lint or build errors and would like to work to improve this.

I looked at this code

The problem is that I have no idea how test a plugin locally.

Would it just be a matter of making the changes, building this project and copying the resulting wasm file into my local lapce-zig plugin folder? 🤔

allow support for nightly/stable by using config

currently we download zls nightly, there should be support for stable zls

Use system-wide ZLS

Many users are not happy with downloading random binaries. It doesn't take too much time to compile from source, so certain users may choose to install it by themselves, and configure this plugin to use system-wide ZLS.
