Trying to understand how this kext works

Hi. I just started reading the source code and I encountered this enum where all the kPS2M values are stored. I wonder if and how these int values are transcoded to keyboard shortcuts. I can't seem to find any more info on these values.

Physical left click button + drag is not working

I build your latest source to kext. It works, but my physical left click button not work anymore to simulate drag when combined with touchpad. How to enable that function again?

pinch to zoom not working

hi,
I have Lenovo t440 with synaptic touchpad.
what works:
1 finger tap.
2 finger scroll,tap
3 finger tap and left, right, up, down swip
4 finger left, right, up, down swip...tap is same like 3 finger tap

but the pinch to zoom gesture is not working

but if do the gesture when I typing
it shows me this

DynamicEWMode breaks gestures

As described by RehabMan in the README, enabling DynamicEWMode (via ACPI) significantly improves scrolling performance.

Added DynamicEWMode option (default is false). This is specifically to improve two finger scroll responsiveness with ClickPads. Instead of always forcing the trackpad into EW mode (EW mode enables two finger data), EW mode is only entered upon clicking the pad. Since each finger gets half bandwidth in EW mode and during a scroll we only need one finger (with indication of two), we can avoid entering EW mode resulting in double the bandwidth during the two finger scroll. Of course, EW mode is needed when the pad is clicked (for holding the button with one finger while dragging with the other), so EW mode is now turned on/off dynamically depending on whether the button is clicked.

However, this breaks gesture inputs. They can still be triggered by clicking the trackpad while inputting the gesture, but this is not ideal (nor is it usable).

makes sense why i had the problems with your driver, i swapped CMD+ALT by myself. Maybe you can keep that in mind with your current development?

Many keyboard shortcut blank

I have this setting in keyboard shortcut: zoom in (Alt + Command + =), zoom out (Ctrl + Command + -), Launchpad (Ctrl + Up), Notification Center (still blank), and Swipe between full screen app, and Swipe between pages still not work. I think it's a incorrect keyboard shortcut to match with your touchpad keyboard mapping. Can you give me correct keyboard shortcut to get zoom in, zoom out, launchpad, Notification Center, swipe between full screen app, and switch between pages work? Thank you very much.

3 Finger swipe right triggers CMD + "+"

Dunno if this is intended, but it's pretty annoying. Command is used for zooming in most applications, 3 finger swipe is normally for "next" or "previous" tab/window/history

@syscl i didn't know how to get in touch with you other than opening a new issue here since what i will ask you is related to this kext.
First of all i just browsed your repositories and i saw what an amazing contribution you did/do to the hackintosh community.
Since my Laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad L440 and i have replaced the Touchpad with the model of Lenovo T460 with Clickpad (3 Physical Buttons) and ofc the Trackpoint that is in the middle of Keyboard as a cursor.

I do use Tluck Fork of VoodooPS2Controller.kext which works almost perfect except that sometimes the trackpoint doesn't work on cold boots, a restart or two fixes that issue, he did recently implement a enforced passthru but still on some cases the trackpoint won't work, anyway my main attraction here came when i saw that you implemented a gesture for 3D touch which is amazing.

I was wondering if can apply that into Tluck Fork which i did make a fork of it on my Github.
Considering the fact that im a noobie-beginner into this "but i don understand a lot", i was wondering how hard it is to do that and what would be the easiest way to do so.

Broken TrackPoint, 2 finger tap and physical mouse buttons

Like #11 but my both my physical mouse buttons and the TrackPoint are completely unresponsive with this fork of VoodooPS2Controller. Additionally, the 2 finger tap (right click) gesture is really hard to trigger sometimes. I'm using the standard clickpad SSDT on a T460p, and I can use all 3 mouse buttons and the TrackPoint as usual with rehabman's fork. Any ideas on what went wrong here?
