TCP & windows support

hello, thank you for this helping alot with a cli app I am writing for some basic emacs control.

Are there any future plans to add TCP support at all? This would mean Windows could be used too making this a pretty powerful cross-platform library.

Defining as dynamic an already lexical var: compilation-environment

With Emacs 29.1, I get an error when I run ecompile. I've tested running emacs -q / server-start:

$ ecompile ls
*ERROR*: Defining as dynamic an already lexical var: compilation-environment

Package name inconsistent with URL on GitHub.com

pkg.dev docs break because of a mismatch between the go package name https://github.com/szermatt/emacsclient and the github URL https://github.com/szermatt/emacsclient-commands

The two should be the same.

Pull request #4 tried to fix that on go.mod, but it's not that simple: the go package names must be fixed as well.

DESTDIR must have trailing slash, in opposition to conventions around path variables

running DESTDIR=~/.local make install will install to ~/.localbin instead of ~/.local/bin.

a simple fix would be always appending a slash to DESTDIR, since foo//bar is the same as foo/bar.
