Potential policy violations in skill code

We are having a research project about the policy compliance of Alexa skills and found there are existing policy violations in several skills within this repo. For example, in skills from "L04_S02" to "L04_S07", all of them ask for user data in output, but they don't provide a privacy policy, which violates Alexa's requirement.

We kindly request that you address this issue. We want to stress that these issues may not be critical or urgent, and we understand that you may already be aware of them. However, we wanted to reach out to you in case they are of interest to you or your team. We believe that addressing these issues could help improve the quality of your code and make the Alexa skill ecosystem better for everyone.
