Alter MP3 detection

It's currently based on the original design which is extremely flawed. It needs to be removed and replaced with an attempt to read an MPEG frame header or ID3 tag.

Sample files

Files detected on whatever type they are need to be able to be sampled to confirm what they are, if they aren't related to GT MP3 speech files.

Basically,
flv, mp4 => copy file to tmp with xyz.ext => play on default video player
mp3, ogg => copy file to tmp with xyz.ext => play on default audio player
png, jpeg, jpg, bmp => open file for view in program (rec. Magick.NET or DevIL)

A filter

I haven't worked on this in a while, but when I do again, add filter when other media types are added.
