Server error

Thank you for the the repo, especially the authorization mechanism since no one seems to have good examples.

When server is down, there is no error been display on the app. How would you handle this?

global.css is not loading properly

when building this app, all the global.css styles are not included. is there a way to fix this?

Currently your site throws a 503 when trying to read how you did everything.

Minimalize session files at .session folder

Hi, thanks for the awesome code example.
I am new in nodejs and svelte sapper.

While playing around with the app.
The session files reach 1K at .session folder (it could be more).

Is there any methods or tricks to cleanup expires session files?
