Output multiple images

Clean intermediate images after build

All the intermediate images are still present after the build.
Remove them.

Image caching

Build can take a long time if a lot of dependencies need to be fetch on every build. One way to avoid all of those fetches is to create an image containing all of those dependencies that will be reused as a cache on all subsequent builds.

Add support to specify more things than git branches as a source.

Handle .dockerignore files

Git: Support other authentication schemes

dmux only support ssh authentication through an ssh agent. While it's enough for now it might be a good thing to support other authentication schemes like http basic authentication.

Git clone cache

I'd like to avoid cloning the repository every time if it hasn't changed since last build.
