Make a 'starter pack' of items you get on start as an optional feature (default off)

Links to abandoned dead website and naming shit is wrong probably.

Figure out how to make trees/rocks mine in half the time

Make special recipes / items to skip parts of production tree (optional, default off)

The number 1 and 2 items I'd want to replace with a simpler chain if I was being lazy are sulfuric acid and plastic.

There might be other chains I'd want to simplify. Note: The goal should be speed, not purely "easy mode" hence why I named it fast mode instead of easy mode.

Make charcoal item optional via settings

need to figure out how turning it off in an existing game handles the items that exist (maybe just turn them back into wood? or coal)
need to figure out if migrations are needed (actually need to figure that out with current 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1)
