com.actiontech.dble.route.sequence.handler.Counter#getNext 有并发问题
com.actiontech.dble.route.sequence.handler.Counter#getNext 很明显是一个非原子操作，获取当前序列+1后的值，然后和最大上限比较。 如果并发起来的话，两个线程都会去更新，会造成序列跳跃，浪费一个区间。
需要修复从mycat继承过来的配置文件读取换乱问题
mycat以前给我印象就很坏，明明要你配置MYCAT_HOME
但是实际情况是 有的文件从MYCAT_HOME下面读取，有的文件从classpath读取。
本地调试的时候被这个设定给玩死。。。
现在dble我统一修改为从DBLE_HOME读取。

之前用drds很多，看到dble的ddl语法以为是一样的。
issue里面官方回答了，dble这个语法其实是单库的时候使用mysql分区表，孤陋寡闻了~~~
