you must also take care of the fact that many of the summer of code's you mentioned are not every year sprint's like GSOC. e.g-owsap summer of code wont take place this year. similarly tor summer of code. so please mention another field telling that they take place frequently or sometimes

Remove Radare SOC

A recent mail conversation with the community member Pancake Nopcode of Radare, tells that Radare no longer has the resources nor the time to continue the program. They are now participating in GSOC.

In my opinion, a field needs to be added in the list which tells which programs are active and which are not. In this way people will still be able to know about the program and at the same time will also know about the status of the program.

There are few other programs in the list which have been deactivated.

Clarification regarding GSOC and GCI

Since the description of this repo is A list of open source internship programs. I would like to point out that that GSOC is not considered as an Internship. I think there must be some other programs as well which are not considered as Internship so you should probably consider editing the description.

Also, I think GCI should come under Open Source Competitions as it is is a contest to introduce pre-university students (ages 13-17) to open source software development and gives prizes for winners.

Summer of Haskell is not conducted annualy

Correct me if I'm wrong but Summer of Haskell is only conducted if the Haskell organization is not selected for GSoC. We should add that as a condition for the program to be organized.
Also if we are going to keep this in the list we can maybe add Julia Summer of Code (conducted when Julia was not selected for GSoC) too.

OWASP Code Sprint is not held anymore.

Remove outdated ones

There are many internships in the list which are outdated and no longer conducted like ICFOSS. Updating the list would be effective.

The Snowplow link leads to the Careers page but it should lead to this link. That's a different thing that the latest internship announcement was on 2015.

It would be nice to have a timeline column to indicate from when to when the internship goes on so that students who want to apply for multiple SOC programs can get the information at one place and plan proposals accordingly
