Server push check is incorrect on production

I've so far been unable to proxy https://localhost:whatever on the production server, as a result, the app is running on http://localhost:whatver, so server push fails.

Add read, write, idle timeouts

Update font subsetting script to take a port argument

sh/subset-fonts.sh currently assumes the app is running on http://localhost:4000, but by default the app now runs on https://localhost:4043, and allows setting a custom HTTP port.

We should either start the app on both HTTP and HTTPS by default, or we should require specifying a port when using sh/subset-fonts.sh.
