Add basic natbib example

• include a two-item .bib file in the repo
• include a .bst file, too. perhaps plain style?
• make reference to the bibliography and style files in the templates
• use the [allowframebreaks] option to show how bibliographies can be printed across many pages
• oh and don't forget the \usepackage{natbib} syntax

more illustrative readme

The readme is a little terse. It should mention how to download the slides (for those uninitiated to github), and maybe a little more on how to use them.

Add Beamer troubleshooting instructions to readme

Similar to #3, the readme should have a "troubleshooting beamer errors" section.

Specifically I want to cover #4: The readme should have a couple lines on how to run RMarkdown from RStudio in order to generate a (plain template) beamer presentation, as that seemed to help Shaina with her troubleshooting.

Beamer source code not included in this file

I'm trying to use this template without having previously used Beamer, and I am getting the error

"! LaTeX Error: File `beamer.cls' not found". 

Can we provide this beamer.cls file here, or could users be pointed to where it can be found?
