Get and update battery every few sec/min

Currently the software updates battery only if a page is reloaded but that is not an optimal stratergy and thus for this very reason one must make sure that the battery is updated every few seconds and for that we can use GET request and ask flask to call that function instead of passing battery as an argument ... this will not only simplify the structure of functions but also make it easier to code as we will no longer have to pass battery status in render template.

Also, in case simebody has not allowed the access to battery the current approch causes the page to fail which will no longer happen as error handling will become easy.
