Add key words/topics to repo

A loose best practice I've been trying to implement is to add key words to each repository. This allows quick repo searching on the main group page, e.g., all dashboards have the "dashboard" key word. I haven't been super thoughtful about them (99% of repos have the "tbep" tag), but I think they're still beneficial. You can add them by clicking on the gear icon on the top right in the about section. Have a look at some of the other repos to see the kinds of topics you might include.
