Incorrect Title on editing screens

1. Click on card
2. Opens card editor screen
3. See on title, it should be in editing state, but it is in creating state

Show only one card for empty cardsets

Problem with one card item size. Avoid of changing sizes, try to set one after calculations.

OCR Buttons for Description and Title in input fields

Refactor Toolbars

Need to create common Toolbar util, or create separate Toolbar on each screen as View

FAB overlaps Description input field, when a lot of text and keyboard is open

Scrollable or collapsing text for description, on Edit/Create card screen, when keyboard is open

Auto scroll to created card in the card list

1. Open any card list (Click on CardSet)
2. Create the new card
3. List of cards should be scrolled to the new card

FAB is under keyboard

1. Open CardEditor screen
2. Rotate device
3. Open keyboard
4. FAB is under keyboard
   Note: after device rotation step 4 is everywhere

Use slide animations for screen transitions

Instead of fade_in fade_out animations, use slide_let, slide_top, etc...
